David and his crew at Trinity were great. David was there from start to finish throughout the whole process. We had Trinity remodel our 30 year old pool and the results were awesome. They removed our old coping, tile and plaster. We also had them install a new filter as well. We had travertine coping installed along with new tile and a pebble finish. Every process was done in a timely and professional manner. Our pool was drained on 11/14 and was completed by 12/7. We would highly recommend David and his team at Trinity. We are so happy with our pool remodel! Dave and Renee have been so easy to work with throughout the full project. We hired them to remove plaster and old tile, add Baja step, new tile and glass, add pebble (stonescape), install led lights, and double checked our new equipment. We have researched many pool companies and Trinity was by far the most responsive, professional, honest, and easy to work with. Dave has been very communicative throughout the whole process. He gave us recommendation and showed us some popular tile samples and also sent us their tile guy’s showroom to make sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. He was also very accommodating with our schedules as we also purchased all brand new equipment and made sure everything aligned with the install. I reached out to Dave after having 2 friends recommend him. his quote was very competitive compared to the other quotes I got.
I wanted to replaster my pool. My old plaster was dingy and discolored and starting to wear thin in places. I knew I wanted to upgrade from plaster to Mini Pebble. I know its more up front, but in the long run its a savings with the long life span, plus its looks so much nicer.
I gave Dave the green light on a Thursday, by Monday we were already draining the pool. a few days later his demo crew came in and removed all the plaster and hauled it away. Within about a week the guys were back, laying the Pebble down. start to finish he was less than 4 weeks before my pool was full of water again, which I thought was really quick. Dave even thru in some extras for me that were not part of the original quote which added to the pools look which was very kind of him. He even came out Thanksgiving morning to acid wash the pool so we could start filling it right away.
Dave was a pleasure to work with, great communication all along the way thru the process. funny guy with good stories. His guys were great as well. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and hard workers.
